PBKSKS has been graced by a group of intellectuals and thinkers who have handful of experience to guide and support the activities of PBKSKS. They provide strategic guidance and expertise to enhance the organization's mission and objectives, ensuring informed decision-making and effective governance for all stakeholders involved.

Dr. Arun Prasad Mukherjee (IPS)

The Sabar samity is blessed with the invaluable support and guidance of Dr. Arun Prasad Mukherjee who is a Former Governor of the state of Mizoram in the year 1998. Dr. Mukherjee is also an IPS who served as Director general of Police, West Bengal. Dr. Mukherjee has been a strong source of inspiration and advisor of Sabar samity.

Mr. Tarun Nath Shadeo

Mr. Tarun Nath Shadeo born and bought up in the village Kute is a President Awardee Teacher. He is currently an in- charge headmaster in a Govt. upgraded middle school Helal Ratu. He is also a renowned social worker who serve for the betterment of underprivileged. He has been awarded with Certi cate of Honour by Hon. President of India for excellent work during 2011. Also rewarded with best teacher in Ratu block, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Mr. Anil Kumar (IPS)

Mr. Anil Kumar is a former Director General of Police (Training and Communication), West Bengal. He has a glorious career in Indian public service. He has been supporting and building capacities of the Sabar samity members towards addressing felt needs of the Sabar Tribe communities. Mr. Anil Kumar’s rich experience in the Indian Police Services enabled him to orient Sabar samity people towards shading the stigma of criminality and boosting confidence among them.

Dr. Sangeeta Nair (MBBS)

Dr. Nair has been supporting Sabar samity since past several years. She does not only provide her opinion to navigate the activities of samity but also medical consultation, training, vaccination services and primary research in the eld of maternal and child health. She Has conducted several training sessions for rst aid, maternal child health, snake bites, malnutrition, anemia etc. Dr. Nair has also been a bridge between Sabar tribe community and health department of the district.

Prof. Jolly Das

Head of the Department of English, Vidya Sagar University, renowned writer and translator.She is guiding our teachers for Community learning ,Documented of folk and culture of sabars.

Mr. Debasish Mukherjee

Mr. Debasish Mukherjee is an eminent mathematician and social worker. samity has been receiving invaluable support and guidance from Mr. Mukherjee since past several years.He guide us to develop biodersity, Plantation and greenery work at sabar villages. He is also a social science independent researcher.

Mr. Samir Dutta (Renowned Journalist)

Mr. Samir Dutta, a dedicated journalist and advisory board member of PBKSKS, plays a vital role in highlighting the achievements and challenges of the organization, and the plight of the Sabar community, to public attention. His insightful writings depict the journey, successes, and struggles faced by PBKSKS, helping to foster a deeper understanding of the organization's mission among people.

Dr. Sumit Mukherjee

Dr. Sumit Mukherjee (b. 1957) M.A. (Geog.), PhD. A retired field-based researcher and digital cartographer for more than three decades in the Anthropological Survey of India and Directorate of Census Operations, West Benga. Worked in several national research projects in the field of man-environment interface among various tribal communities spread all over India including Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Chhattisgarh, etc. Has authored two important atlases on Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes of India and several other books. Loves to study, write and propagate his thoughts on saving and favouring the rights to dignity of the indigenous people.
